Village of Paw Paw Master Plan 2009
The Planning Commission has completed a draft of its new master plan. It is ready for your review. In accordance with the requirements of Section 41 of the Michigan Planning Enabling Act (Act 33 of 2008), attached is a draft of the Village of Paw Paw Master Plan 2009. The Village Council authorized this draft to be distributed to the adjoining municipalities and the Van Buren County Planning Commission, in accordance with the Act. Please review the attached draft and submit your comments to the Village of Paw Paw Planning Commission. The Act requires you to submit your comments on the draft plan amendment no later than 63 days after the date of this letter. Your comments may be submitted by email to l.nielsen@pawpaw.net, or mailed to Paw Paw Master Plan, PO Box 179, Paw Paw, MI 49079. To view the draft click the title or click here.

Master Plan Update Introduction
The Village of Paw Paw begins the update of its Master Plan. Communities are to update their master plans every 10 years. You input is required if the plan is to be successful. This article tells about a Master Plan and why they are important to any community.

Sesquicentennial Info

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday August 7-8-9, 2009, the Village of Paw will celebrate its 150th birthday as a community. A variety of Sesquicentennial Celebration events are being planned by the Paw Paw Historical Commission's Sesquicentennial Planning Committee.
