Village and Community Resources

The Village of Paw Paw is committed to providing residents with access to all of the resources that they need to fully enjoy the community. From the Paw Paw Chamber of Commerce’s mission to encourage growth and expand opportunity to the Van Buren Conservation District’s goal of preserving and protecting the area’s natural resources, the village is supported by – and supports – a wide range of commissions, departments, and organizations. Whether you’re looking for the details of the village’s library, information on the range of senior services available, or the particulars of any of our community-based programs, you’re certain to find what you need on this page. Several community and faith based organizations have communicated their willingness to assist people who may be unable to afford home maintenance or are physically unable to do the improvement themselves. We’ve collected a list of local organizations that may be able to provide volunteers who are willing to assist with yard or household improvements, and small projects such as painting, removing large furniture, fixing a window, cleaning gutters, or landscape maintenance.  Please contact the listed organization for more information.  Assistance is not guaranteed and each organization may have their own qualifications for assistance-such as demonstrable physical incapacity.

None of the organizations listed are directly affiliated with the Village of Paw Paw. This information is being provided as a service and none of the organizations are necessarily endorsed or recommended by the Village. The views of each organization or persons in that group do not necessarily reflect the views of the Village of Paw Paw. Please use your own due diligence in selecting assistance.
